The Davidson Wildcats men’s basketball team is coached by Coach Bob McKillop. McKillop has been the head coach of the men’s team since 1989, making him the longest-tenured coach in Davidson history. The men’s basketball team play their home games at Belk Arena on campus. Watching a home game is quite exciting with the arena’s large video boards which display replays, player stats, and also interactive fan contests.
Because the team will take on opponents this season from the Atlantic 10 Conference and ACC schools like NC State, this promises to be another action-packed season. Games are sure to excite students, faculty, alumni, Davidson residents, and visitors.
In addition to the regular season which wraps up on the 2nd of March, the Wildcats will head to Washington, D.C. to participate in the 2018 Atlantic 10 Men’s Basketball Championship. The tournament begins on March 7th and goes through the 11th.
